Apple Martini

***z-below-h1.shtml***

The Apple Martini is a slight modification to the traditional classic martini. As with most cocktails, there are different variations to this drink. Some people may choose to use an apple liquer and citron vodka while others may use liquer and regular vokda. It all depends on what you prefer.

The cocktail's appeal stems mostly from the duality of tastes resulting from both the sour and sugary flavors of the apple liquer. To make this drink, you'll need some sort of apple-flavored base. If you can find organic liquers, great! There are different products out there such as Thatcher's Organic Artisan Liquer which is made with organic apples and all natural spices.

However, if this option is not available, you can always opt for apple juice or cider. The color of the cocktail might be a little murky (more so, if you go with the cider option), but it will be tasty nonetheless.

  • 1/2 oz. of Organic Apple Liquer
  • 1/2 oz. of Organic Triple-Sec

  • **Option: Depending on how strong you want your drink, you can alwasy substitute the triple-sec with ginger beer (adds a strong hint of ginger to the drink, or apple juice)
