An Easy Bellini Drink Recipe
What is a bellini drink recipe?
Well, this cocktail is a sparkling-wine based drink that originated in Italy. Hence the name.
Served in a champagne-flute,
the cocktail is usually a mixture of a sparkling wine such as Prosecco and white peach purée.
Due to the limited availability of fresh peaches, you can also use yellow peaches or nectarines.
Since its inception, there have been various variations to the traditional Bellini drink recipe.
You can make variations to the orignal cocktail using rasberries, strawberries, mango, etc. The possibilities are endless.
One of my favorite sparkling wine cocktails was a Mango Bellini, which was basically mango purée mixed with prosecco.
Organic Sparkling Wine
Looking for an organic brand to use as your base ingredient?
Domaine Carneros is the first certified organic sparkling wine in the US. What this means is the grapes used for the wine are
grown
organically without any herbicide or pesticide.
The end result is a smooth and sweet tasting sparkling wine that won't weigh
on your conscience.
Korbel is another organic option. And the great thing about it is, this California-based brand is available online at Amazon.com
